רשת אנגוס דבאח המונה 5 חנויות מפעל ו-4 מסעדות הוקמה בשנת 2005 על ידי פאדי דבאח. הרשת מתמחה בבשר איכותי וטרי. כל נתחי הבשר לרבות ההמבורגרים, הנקניקיות וכמובן נתחי הבשר האימתיים מגיעים לחנויות המפעל היישר מהעדר הפרטי של הבעלים בגליל. נתחי הבקר הינם מזן האנגוס, שמקורו בסקוטלנד והוא ידוע באיכותו הגבוהה. העגלים והטלאים גדלים בתנאי מרעה טבעי בהרי הגליל ונהנים מאוכל וסביבת גידול מהמשובחים ביותר.

איך הכל התחיל

לפני למעלה מששים שנה, רעה סאלח דבאח הצעיר את עדר הצאן הקטן שלו בין גבעות הגליל, פתח אטליז ומכולת קטנה בסמטה צרה בכפר דיר אל אסד. איכות הבשר הטרי החלה למשוך קונים מכל האזור. לאט לאט העסק התרחב והמסורת נוצרה. עם השנים התרחבה המשפחה, בניה נדדו ברחבי העולם וחזרו הביתה לאחר שצברו ידע רב ומקצועיות בתחום הבשר. העסק המשפחתי גדל, העדר הפרטי התרחבו ”דבאח” הפך לשם נרדף לבשר טרי ומשובח.
